School representatives will not allow a child to be placed in a vehicle in carpool when it is obvious that per applicable laws the child is in need of a car seat and none is in the vehicle. Parents/Guardians are solely responsible for ensuring child automobile restraints are age, weight, and height appropriate, properly installed and are used in accordance with the law.
